HIGH SPEED AUTOGRAPHICS Clients and Customers:

We provide service to you, subject to the following policy and by accessing any page on this website you agree to be bound to these terms and conditions by HSA policy. All HSA policy may be updated by us from time to time without notice. You further acknowledge that we reserve the right to change our general practices and limits at any time, in it's sole discretion, with or without notice to you.

WARRANTY:

HSA products are warranted to be free form defects for TWO YEARS of materials, providing the correct application is used. The warranty is limited to repair of replacement of defective piece without charge to the purchaser. HSA will only replace the graphic of the defective piece if such piece is returned to HSA in it's original uninstalled condition. Defects are limited to faulty materials only. Under no circumstances will errors in installation be defined as a product defect. In the event replacement or repairs are not commercially practical, HSA may at it election issue Purchaser a credit reasonable in light of the defect in the product. The value of the Credit shall be determined by HSA.

All Material used by HSA has no warranty what so ever in any way for horizontal mounted vinyl such as vehicle hoods, top of fenders and roofs. This is the 3M and AVERY brand material standard warranty.

COLOR MATCHING:

Due to the infinite configuration possibilities of end-user hardware and software, it is impossible to perfectly match the Color Charts or Graphics Proposals that are provided. Purchaser acknowledges that some variances from digital representations and actual product will occur. All Color Charts and Graphics Proposals are understood to be representations only of the printed product, and will inevitably have some degrees' of deviance from a digital monitor's image.

REPLACEMENTS:

Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for any custom printed graphics. All graphics produced are completely custom, and therefore only of value to the original purchaser. We may replace defective graphics if the original defective portion of the graphic is returned to us in it's entirety. Defects are limited to faulty materials or workmanship. Under no circumstances will installation error be considered a defect.

HSA Products are custom printed and are subject to a 7 - 10 day production time, before shipment. At times buyer / client understands that workload and global demand may create delays in production of your purchase. Special production runs requested by the Purchaser must be requested by direct contact with HSA at info@ihotrod.com.

Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 - 4 Day Ground Services are available before 3 pm Mountain Time.

Shipping and handling charges are determined by product weight utilizing standard FedEx residential ground service. Signature Required on delivery of all shipments. Additional charges may apply by FedEx based upon oversize or special handling. Any additional shipping fees over quoted FedEx charges will be the responsibility of Purchaser. HSA will contact you regarding additional shipping and handling charges prior to billing your credit card account. Shipping damage must be claimed at the time of delivery. Any package shortages must be claimed with HSA within 5 calendar days of receipt. Call HSA at 303-422-2613 M - F 9 am to 5 pm Mountain Time.

Pickup by Purchaser's own courier or service shifts the risk of product damage solely to Purchaser without any responsibility assigned to HSA.

RETURNS:

No Return on any graphics. Including Motorcycle and Race Car graphics.

All HSA graphics are specifically fabricated for each order and can not be resold.

If your graphics were damaged in shipping: First Call Us @ 303-422-2613 M - F 9 am to 5 pm Mountain Time. Products must be returned to HSA within thirty (30) calendar days from date of purchase. All returns must be in the original packaging and in original condition. HSA will replace any graphics damaged during shipping.

Material Manufacturer warranties apply to the vinyl and laminate used by HSA Manufacturer evaluation will determine final decision on warranty materials.
